Lauren Ash

 Lauren Anne Asher (born 9 October 1996, Denver) is an American equestrian athlete and business woman. In the years 2014, 2015, and 2017, she competed at the FEI North America Continental Championships. Asher was awarded the individual silver medal at the Championships 2017 . She also took home the entire U25 classes in the Nations Cup at 2019's Global Dressage Festival with West Side. Asher has her own business in the field of horses in both Wellington, Florida and Amsterdam the Netherlands.Lauren Ash is an award-winning actress .
